This is a mini display case with a United States Army Fifth Division Diamond Shaped Patch and four empty shells in a walnut case with plexiglass. There is a brass plate for an inscription/name to be added. The bottom is felt lined. The man who made these called them PATRIOTS REMEMBERED and the patent was pending.
