Our goal is to make lives easier, fairer by assisting participants to engage within their own communities. Territory Plus Support Coordination’s aim is to provide disability services that priortise our participants to promote independence, create opportunities and progress in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
We are a team of qualified community service professionals, with knowledge and experience of 13 years who have been supporting people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.

Information about you will only be released to other people or services with your informed consent, in an emergency, or where such disclosure is required or authorised by law.
